Students of the Master of Arts Architect graduates from IaaC--Institute for Advanced Architecture, California--director Vicente Guallart, Dr. Gerard Passola, led by Margaret D. Lowman otherwise known as Canopy Meg celebrated the conclusion of studies by building a tension-based tree house.
Areti Markopoulou, Luis Fraguada led a process where models were built and a final suspended tree house was constructed. It supports three people.
I can't make out from the photos whether is truly constitutes a tensegrity, but I wish I was there to swing in it and share in the barbecue.
