Remembering the words of Ronald Reagan

The photo above shows Madison resident Philippa Bergman writing her words of protest on the pavement near the capitol.  For "paint" she is cleverly using mud, which will be washed away with the next rain. Here is her text:
"These are the values inspiring those brave workers in Poland ... They remind us that where free unions and collective bargaining are forbidden, freedom is lost." - Ronald Reagan
The words come from Reagan's 1980 Labor Day speech, during which he reminded listeners that he was president of his union (the Screen Actors Guild).
